Getting Started
Launch the Koneksi Desktop App
Click on the 'Create an Account' link below the login button
You will then be redirected to the Create Account form. Input all the necessary details needed then hit the 'Create Account' button to proceed.
After you create an account, you need to wait for the admin's approval. Once approved, you can proceed to verify and login your account.
Account Verification
Open the verification email
Enter the verification code on the 'Verify Your Email' screen then hit the 'Verify Email' button
Your account will now be marked as Verified in the system.
After verifying your account, you will need to enable MFA for your account. A setup screen will appear with instructions.
Follow the on-screen steps to connect your authenticator app and inout the code in the verification field.
Once MFA is set up, you will then be redirected to the user's Dashboard page.
Users cannot access the application if their email is not verified or MFA is not set up.
