Access the Support Center

1. Access the Support Center site here.

Login and Authentication

1. Open the Support Center site.

2. Enter the email and password you registered in the Koneksi application.

3. Click the “Log In” button on the screen.

   
4. If you have 2FA enabled, you will be redirected to the MFA verification screen.

5. Enter the code from your authenticator app.
