Ticket Management Page
This page is only visible to the System Support and Administrator roles.
Login as System Support/Admin
Login using a System Support or Admin account.

Input the Two-Factor Authentication code.

Click on the 'Verify' button. You will be redirected to the Ticket Management page.

View a Ticket
Click on any ticket.

After clicking on a ticket, you will be able to see the ticket details.

Update a Ticket
In the Ticket Details section, click on the update icon to update the ticket status.

Select the appropriate 'Status'.

Select the appropriate 'Priority'.

Select the appropriate 'Category'.
