Ticket Management Page

This page is only visible to the System Support and Administrator roles.

  1. Login using a System Support or Admin account.

  2. Input the Two-Factor Authentication code.

  3. Click on the 'Verify' button. You will be redirected to the Ticket Management page.

  1. Click on any ticket.

  2. After clicking on a ticket, you will be able to see the ticket details.

  1. In the Ticket Details section, click on the update icon to update the ticket status.

  2. Select the appropriate 'Status'.

  3. Select the appropriate 'Priority'.

  4. Select the appropriate 'Category'.

  1. Click on the Assign icon.

  2. Select an assignee.

  1. Select any ticket.

  2. In the 'Add Support Reply' section, type your desired reply.

  3. Click 'Send Reply' button.

Search

  1. In the search box, type any word or phrase that will match a ticket title.

  2. Check the results.

Filters

  1. Select a 'Status' filter.

  2. Select a 'Priority' filter.

  3. Select a 'Category' filter.

  4. Select an 'Assigned to' filter.

  5. Select a 'Created by' filter.
